EMDR

Acceptance and commitment therapy is a form of psychotherapy, as well as a branch of clinical behavior analysis. It is an empirically based psychological intervention that uses acceptance and mindfulness strategies to increase psychological flexibility. As certified ACT therapist, we can explore if this modality is the best fit for your healing journey.

A faith transition is a very personal and emotional experience. It is a time when foundational beliefs are challenged, questioned, doubted, or even abandoned.
