LENS Neurofeedback is one of the most gentle and powerful tools I use to support that process.

LENS, or Low Energy Neurofeedback System, is a non-invasive, brain-based therapy designed to help the brain release stuck patterns and reorganize itself naturally. It works beneath conscious awareness, making it especially effective for trauma, chronic stress, anxiety, and nervous system overwhelm.



How LENS Neurofeedback Works

The brain can become “stuck” in survival patterns after trauma, prolonged stress, illness, or emotional overwhelm. LENS works by offering the brain a brief, ultra-low energy signal, so subtle the body doesn’t consciously feel it, that allows the nervous system to reset and recalibrate.

During a session:

Small EEG sensors read the brain’s electrical activity

A very low-energy feedback signal (far less than everyday electronics) is delivered for seconds at a time

The brain uses this information to reorganize itself toward healthier, more flexible functioning

There is no effort required — no watching screens, no concentrating, no “doing it right.”
