• INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING: Individual counseling offers a sacred, one-on-one space where safety, trust, and authentic connection can slowly be rebuilt. Our work together is relational and collaborative, honoring your story at your own pace. Sessions may include gently exploring past experiences, spiritual or relational wounds, trauma, and identity shifts—while developing tools to regulate your nervous system, navigate triggers, and reconnect with your inner wisdom. The goal is not to “fix” you, but to help you feel whole, grounded, and empowered in your own life.

  • DEPRESSION: Depression often emerges when hope, meaning, or connection has been fractured—sometimes through loss, trauma, or spiritual betrayal. Rather than viewing depression as a flaw or failure, we approach it as a signal that something within you is asking for care and compassion. Whether your experience is situational or long-standing, our work focuses on restoring vitality, self-trust, and a sense of purpose—helping you gently reconnect with life in ways that feel authentic and sustainable.

  • STRESS & TRAUMA: Chronic stress and trauma—especially spiritual or relational trauma—can live not only in the mind, but in the body and nervous system. As a trauma-trained clinician, I use evidence-based modalities such as EMDR and ACT to support deep healing while honoring the mind-body-spirit connection. Therapy focuses on helping your system feel safe again, releasing survival patterns that no longer serve you, and reclaiming your sense of agency, identity, and inner peace.

  • GRIEF AND BEREAVEMENT: Grief is not something to “move on from”—it is something to be witnessed, honored, and carried with compassion. As a certified death doula and licensed bereavement therapist, I walk alongside individuals and families during life’s most tender transitions. This work offers emotional, spiritual, and practical support through death, dying, and the complex landscape of loss. Together, we make space for sorrow, meaning, and remembrance—supporting you in learning how to live with loss while staying connected to love.

  • LIFE COACHING: At times, life can feel directionless after trauma, loss, or a faith shift—leaving you unsure of who you are or where you’re meant to go. Life coaching provides a supportive space to reconnect with your values, purpose, and inner voice. Whether you feel stuck in relationships, career, or personal growth, we work together to clarify what matters most and gently set your life back into motion—aligned with your authentic self rather than external expectations.

  • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing): EMDR is a powerful, evidence-based therapy that helps the brain and body reprocess distressing or traumatic experiences that remain “stuck.” This approach is especially effective for trauma that carries shame, fear, or spiritual confusion. Rather than reliving the past, EMDR allows the nervous system to integrate experiences in a way that reduces emotional charge—creating space for clarity, resilience, and relief.

  • FAITH TRANSITION: A faith transition is often one of the most profound and painful experiences a person can endure. It may involve questioning or releasing deeply held beliefs, loss of community, spiritual betrayal, identity rupture, or fear of abandonment—by God, family, or self. This work is held with deep respect and neutrality. Whether you are questioning, deconstructing, reconstructing, or simply seeking peace, therapy offers a grounded space to process grief, anger, confusion, and meaning—without pressure to land anywhere except where feels true for you.

  • ANXIETY: Anxiety is often the body’s response to prolonged stress, trauma, or living in environments where safety—emotional or spiritual—was uncertain. It can show up as racing thoughts, tension, hypervigilance, or a constant sense of unease. Through nervous-system-informed therapy and integrative modalities, we work to calm the body, understand anxiety’s protective role, and gently restore a sense of safety—so life can feel manageable, connected, and grounded again.
